MainFoundry is built in Aarhus, Denmark by a small team with one conviction: the systems that run a business should carry the routine work themselves — with AI agents that act as governed coworkers, not bolted-on chatbots.
From scattered tools to one governed platform
MainFoundry started with a familiar frustration. The Nordic SaaS teams we worked with paid for a CRM, a marketing suite, a billing system and half a dozen other tools that never talked to each other — data scattered everywhere, and people spending their days manually connecting the dots.
So we built one platform for CRM, marketing and finance — and then went further. Where most software stops at storing your data, MainFoundry puts AI agents to work in it: each agent has its own login, inbox and permission class, asks for approval before anything irreversible, and leaves a full audit log for every job it runs.
We are down to earth, although our product is mainly in the sky: MainFoundry runs on Azure enterprise infrastructure with EU data residency, and we build for real businesses, not demo videos.
